WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE YOU START WORK

Before you start work you will be given an Induction and Training. Your induction will take place on your first or second day at the farm. This is when all the necessary administration will be carried out.

On the induction day you will:

• Complete all necessary documentation
• Partake in the induction process
• Partake in the training process.
