INDEPENDENT TRAVEL

S&A Travel Arrangements (Bulgaria & Romania only)

It would be an enormous benefit to you if the travel arrangements from your home country directly to the S&A site are coordinated by us. This will take a lot of stress away from you, especially if your understanding of English is limited. It will also save you time and money, as directly organised collective travel from your country to the workplace eliminates travel cost from bus stations, airports or train stations in the UK to your resident site.

We are able to negotiate travel at a cheaper cost from Bulgaria and Romania. We charge £15 for the travel arrangement service from these countries. This is only payable if you choose to travel with S&A contracted Travel Services. The cost of the travel arrangement service and travel is payable in your home country before any travel arrangements are made. We urge you not to travel in your own car as NO CARS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COMPANY PREMISES.

The travel arrangement service also includes the payment of your repatriation insurance. Travel will be as follows:

Sofia Airport - UK Airport (return ticket)

Travel by coach to Hernhill Nursery/ Brook Farm/ Brierley Court (one way)

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We aim to keep costs down to a minimum and allocate transport on an individual basis and as such we do not offer refunds as we ourselves are committed by our transport agents.

When arriving in London be aware that it is a major city, where airports and stations can be very crowded. Look after your belongings and stay with friends. In an emergency call the Police by dialing 999.

GETTING TO BROOK FARM OR BRIERLEY CAMPSITE

By train from London Victoria station - about 3.5 hours

· Take the Underground from London Victoria to Paddington

· Take a train for Cardiff Central

· Exit the train at Newport

· Take a train for Manchester Piccadilly

· Exit the train at Hereford

By train from London Heathrow Airport - about 3 hours

· Take the Shuttle Bus to Reading Train Station

· Take a train for Cardiff Central

· Exit the train at Newport

· Take a train for Manchester Piccadilly

· Exit the train at Hereford

By coach from London Victoria station - about 4.5 hours

· Take the National Express 413 service to Hereford

By coach from London Heathrow Airport - about 4 hours

· Take the National Express 413 service to Hereford

From Hereford you will need to get to either Brook Farm, Marden or Brierley Court near Leominster.

There are taxi services available and a regular bus service to Brook Farm, Marden.

· Go to the City Bus Station at the Shire Hall

· Take the bus No 426 (Ask to be put off the bus at the Volunteer Pub Marden)

· When you get off the bus, walk about 150 metres down the road to the farm gates
